Designer and craftsman of painted, stained, and glazed showpiece finishes for cabinetry, furniture, and architectural woodwork. I do not build cabinets. My clients choose me over others because of my design expertise, finish/coatings product and process knowledge and usage, meticulous attention to detail, and quality execution. My work is on par with the finest painted and stained custom cabinet and furniture companies and it is my mission and honor to serve customers who appreciate this level of work. No matter the project, I seek to provide exceptional service and craftsmanship, and I do not take shortcuts that will jeopardize the look and durability of a finish. I also focus on using products that are environmentally respectful and "green" which means that you generally do not have to leave your home when I am working.

Outstanding work. I would give 10 stars if it were possible. Allyson is an artisan and consummate professional. She refinished our custom kitchen cabinets and they look brand new. This was an intricate custom job that included removing stain from cabinets, matching a custom stain we liked and refinishing knotty alder with multiple steps. Her work as well as her attention to detail is incomparable. She was extremely respectful of our home and befriended our fur babies who would have otherwise been traumatized by noise and unfamiliar person in their space. She was on time and left the workspace clean everyday. She is truly a very special individual and an amazing crafts-person. We will have her do additional work for us.

I love looking at my kitchen. That's because Allyson Zollner's team refurbished (painted) my kitchen cabinets and helped me coordinate the replacement of countertops and backsplash. Allyson is a perfectionist. My twenty year old cabinets look like new. Allyson also helped me redesign my fireplace and choose the tiles. She is an extraordinary designer. I am looking forward to Allyson helping me choose furniture and new carpet.

Allyson is the consummate professional. She painted our kitchen cabinets and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She poured hours of hard work into repair and preparation in advance of actually painting to make these 20 year old cabinets look brand new. We had cracks, heat damage, grease, and other damage that she made sure to take care of. She was great about explaining to us exactly what her process was and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Her care and professionalism while working in our home were also second to none. She took great care to mask off appliances, ceilings, walls, and counters prior to painting. We even had a slight mismatch of the color match we were hoping for and she corrected it without hesitation. If you want a great experience with the best results, Allyson is the only choice.

Allyson has assisted with two projects in our home, the remodeling of a powder room and the replacement of a tile backsplash and undercabinet lighting in our kitchen. She handled the design, materials selection, and supervised the construction/installation to completion. Allyson is great to work with, she is very efficient and knowledgeable, and is outstanding in every respect. I would give her a grade of A+ and highly recommend her.

Allyson is magical! We hired Allyson to paint a new kitchen island and to refinish the top of my work desk. Words don't even come close to saying how pleased we are with her work and her professionalism. She was respectful of our home and of us. She made our new island look like a perfect addition to our kitchen. The same is true for my desk. While I am very picky about workmanship, Allyson is twice that. She won't disappoint any homeowner that hires her! Our kitties, however, are very sad that she is no longer coming over. We all just loved her. We will again be hiring her to refinish a dining room table.

Five stars just don't do justice to how happy I am with my refinished cabinets and working with Allyson was a pleasure! We installed new wood-like slab tile flooring then realized the cabinets would look so much better with a new finish. Allyson understood exactly what I was looking for and the final product surpassed my hopes. She is extremely detailed, careful and considerate. A true professional. When the project was complete it was almost bittersweet. I love love love my laundry room cabinets, but I truly miss having her around! (My two pups also adore and miss her!). We plan to have refinish our master bath cabinetry s in 2020, And I wouldn't think to use anyone but Allylson!

My husband and I hired Allyson Zoellner with Passionate Home when we updated our stair railing. Although the railing itself was installed by another company, it was not stained and we needed to hire someone to complete that piece of the project. The railing company referred us to Allyson Zoellner. After meeting Allyson and seeing her professionalism and commitment to excellence, we hired her to do the staining. We had recently refinished our wood floors and steps, so it was important for the color to match. Allyson did a tremendous job matching the color, and the staining and finishing of the stair rail turned out gorgeous. The staircase is in full view at the entrance of our home, and it makes a beautiful first impression. Now, almost four years later the railing still looks brand new. We are so pleased and impressed with Allyson's diligence, talent, and attention to detail.

I contracted to have a honey oak table refinished to a walnut stain. Meeting Allyson I knew I'd go with her. What a delightful lady. Professional and personable. Her attention to detail and knowledge of refinishing is impressive. The end result, an amazing refinished table that made me speechless at first sight. StunnIng, amazing, Wow! What an incredible refinished table she produced. The top coat is smooth, silky, perfect to the touch. The walnut color is rich and exactly what I requested. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with Allyson and I couldn't be more pleased with my table. Thank you Allyson!!
