Sitting down to begin designing a home seemed like an impossible task to me, but Ivan made the process seamless, easy, and quite fun! From the moment he began working on our plans, he was in constant communication with me and my husband asking us about wants/wishes for the home, many of which I had not even considered. As soon as he mentioned something like how many burners I wanted on my stove top, or where we wanted light switches, and what type of light switches we wanted, I realized just how detail-oriented he is, and how I hadn't even thought about such small things, that truly impact the whole design. We started with a general "this is what we're hoping for" and Ivan came up with our first design. It only took one zoom call to iron out some of the details and really get the project moving. Anytime I thought of something that I had forgotten to mention, Ivan was extremely diligent at making the correction, and getting a new iteration of the design over to us ASAP. I was afraid that with my particular likes and dislikes, and how often I have a tendency to change my mind, that Ivan might "cut me off" so-to-speak, but that did not happen, not even once! Ivan was so accommodating and it was obvious that he wanted to make sure my husband and I were completely satisfied with the end result...which we are! Ivan was able to take the ideas in my head and turn them into a reality and he gave us what is going to be our dream home. Extremely professional and talented!

Ivan was masterful in modifying our design to produce a detailed, innovative, creative and affordable product that exceeded our expectations. Ivan is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. I am a GC and deal with all sorts of trades and architects on a regular basis. I hired Ivan to help me develop a multi-housing building and sell the building to city review boards. As many in the business will vouch bureaucrats are a fickle and finicky bunch. Well these bureaucrats were bowled over by the quality of Ivan's renditions and insertions, stating that they were the best they had ever seen.
