Forms mat 3 to 6 in. tall, 2 to 3 ft. wide. Partial to full sun. Brilliant chartreuse-yellow, needle-like foliage forms a quick groundcover. Adds cheery color to containers, dry slopes and flowering borders, as well as being a good bulb cover. In winter, foliage turns orange in northern climates. Evergreen.

Custom designed and fabricated COR-TEN Planter with Carex testacea, Sedum tetractinum 'Coral Reef' and Sedum reflexum 'Angelina' adjacent to a poured-in-place concrete walkway with diamond-cut joints.

A green roof is a layer of vegetation (living plants) deliberately put on top of a conventional roof surface and bringing a whole host of benefits to the building and the environment. On a sedum roof, the majority of the plants are low growing succulents from the sedum, or stonecrop, family.
