" Toronto- forgive my ignorance but what IS that? " Don't feel badly - it was part of a student art installation in an Amsterdam gallery (the Stedelijk Museum if I recall, which was a wonderful experience). I walked in an saw this bejewelled stuffed iguana fed into the rollers of an an old fashioned washing machine, and laughed. And so I needed to take a picture.

Squash This was a very vigorous volunteer that I saved seeds from and grew out for years. I also used the blossoms and green fruits. It's the only squash I was ever able to grow here without any disease or pest problems. Sadly, I have no more seeds - and no more garden.

Portable! My new ultra light carbon fiber electric wheelchair. Weight 23lbs.

I named it Shadow. This is the one I keep in my vehicle for doctor visits and outings. Still using my yellow chair I got after Harvey. It's my favorite I use it daily in the house.
