Chisue, I HAVE a pair of wool, floppy, loose-knit, hand-knit booties for sleeping. Got them from the craft booth at the senior home 30 years ago. I sleep so well with those on. I’d give them to you but you’d have to peel them from my cold, um feet.

I have been wearing Bombas wool socks to bed when it’s cold. We usually like the bedroom cold, and various layers of blankets.

I used to wear a sleep mask, but no longer do so. if you have a sewing machine, and feel like bothering, it will probably be easy to sew a few. Be sure to use wide elastic for comfort.

Oh dear, I wanted to start a thread of gift suggestions and tacked on the socks. Indeed I would like a new eye mask and some pot holders, but I have the socks.
