Annie, I'm with you. It drives me Crazy when I'm with someone who only does the speed limit. A friend of mine is a speed demon. She got a letter that if she gets one more ticket she has to explain to them why she should keep her license.

What drives me bonkers is the reduced speed limit around schools 25/7 with zero grace speed. People are getting fines in the mail for $83 for doing just a few kilometers over.
