Anyone use millet seeds in baking?

last modified: last year

That Seeduction bread dupe I'm going to try calls for millet seeds, but none are available locally. I figured I'd just double one of the other seeds, no big deal, but I'm curious if anyone uses them for baking, how much of a unique flavor they add and if they're worth seeking out if the bread recipe ends up being a keeper. And if you have a source, please post. Bob's Red Mill has millet, but I don't think that's the same as the seeds -- or am I wrong there?
