Try deleting the memory/ history for GW. Then log on again.

First thing I do in such cases is hit Restart. Solves a lot of problems.

There are a lot of people having problems over the past couple days. The only common theme is that they're trying to post here. Ha. Meaning, it's not anything that anyone is doing - it's not a browser issue, it's not a device issue, it's not trying to come in via GW or Hz, it's not Apple vs Droid - it's a platform/website issue.

I've been locked out for days on my tablet. Fortunately I am not having any problems on my laptop. Some people report that it finally spontaneously clears itself within a day or two. Unfortunately for me it's been almost a week on my tablet.

(And yes, before anyone asks - I have cleared cookies, I have deleted all browsing history, I have restarted the device, no updates were recently done on it, I have tried coming in via GW vs Hz, I have tried different browsers, I have tried asking it to reset my password, and I've prayed to the Gods, lit a candle, thrown salt and it and walked away backwards. Doesn't matter. This platform is borked.... :-)

I was completely locked out for about 4 days. I finally got partially back in, enough to be operational. I don't know how I got back in but I did have to reset my password several times.

I am having the same problem on my laptop. I’m still logged in on my phone but don’t even have the option to login on my laptop. This is what I get when I click Sign In:

There is nothing you can do but ride it out. Whatever the fix is, is not within our hands.

bluebell, I have the opposite problem. It won't log me in on my phone, but does on my laptop. Surely not device related

I can't log into the houzz website but I can log into garden Web. If your website address that you are trying to log into is houzz then change it to the garden Web website and see if you can log in..

I haven't been able to start a post for years. And trying to post a comment is nightmare 😕

I had this problem as did others. I made a few posts and some work around solutions. Look on KT under my name. It might give you some help.

⚠️Many years ago, I had a dial up internet connecting program (local) that was initially dependable. Then it began to misbehave, give VERY SLOW responses, only to go out of business.

I am not getting reassuring VIBES from Houzz GW because they are not giving priority to the forums (lack of skilled programmers and software architechs and engineers, which cost more than school kids), I have the sense that the corporation does not value these forums and that they may just become under serviced and allowed to deteriorate and fail.

I hope not, but this is what my crystal ball is blinking out.

Ditto for me. Can only use my smartphone.

For me, it only works on my desktop. On my phone, I can log in to shop, go figure, but when I come to these forums suddenly I do not exist. Keeps sending me emails to verify my email, but still cant post as me on here on my phone.
