Hi again, One thing I've noticed about down times is that for me they don't last forever. Some years ago, when I got into a painful space, I started looking at the clock with the intent of timing how long it lasted. Somehow just knowing that such times have a beginning and an end was helpful to me in gaining perspective. One reason I don't spend as much time here as I used to is that I started another forum. It's different from this one,but it was created to be a safe place for some people, too, who were having trouble on other forums with people fighting and not being family-friendly. It takes a fair amount of time to keep up. I'm not sure how many visitors we get from here, but no one posting, and I think for the same reason I post here less - we run out of hours in the day. And then there are the health problems and physical pain and all. Maybe I can start sharing some of the things here. People might even get interested, lol, and it would be a way to keep up my contact here more than I have been. Among other things,we have threads for beautiful imagery. I enjoy that, being an artist. Or maybe it's that I'm an artist because I enjoy that. Below is the link to some images that I posted this morning on the reflection thread. We have a cute pictures thread, which I'm sure some of you would enjoy. I'll add to that later today and share it here, too. I got the pics I'm sharing today fro a stock exchange site. I have a lot of struggles, and joys, too, but I've got to the place where I'm too tired and ill to try to share it all. I need to work on other things, like the paintings and art site and such. Ruthie, been thinking about your plateau a lot. Some random thoughts: Last time in WW, I set my goal at 145. What happened? I stopped right there. I do not know why but it set a mental block in my mind that anything past that was not achievable. (You know they always say it's just the 'lifetime' goal but you can go further if you want). So this time they also wanted to set 145, but I asked them to make my LT 141 :-) Just figured once I get there I'll need that extra push. So here I started at 170, I'm currently at ~162, feel way better although NOWHERE near how I feel when I"m at LT goal. After reading your thoughts, I thought about myself. So for me what's the diff between 145 and 135 that might give me my own internal push to hit the next 'goal'? I think 145 to me means somewhere between a 10 and a 12. 135 would mean a solid 10! So for me, to push myself past that mental wall, I am going to set a size goal and not a weight goal. That way my mind wont play tricks on my weight!!! Ruthie, hope my random thoughts help you to evaluate what type of 'goal' you can define that will mean the difference of getting past the wall. I mean "passing 145" isnt really enough of a goal - at least so far it hasnt worked for you. But maybe a size goal? Maybe a weight goal? Maybe an exercise goal? You just need a new goal!!!! Maybe a weekly goal. "By this time next week I will do ______". That way you do it in weekly increments. At least you'll have something defined to shoot for!! Hope this is helpful.

Char @ Scherr's Speaking as someone who has looked at your product very closely and who has thought about using your line of doors for IKEA boxes, what would be extremely helpful for me would be if in each of the door styles in the various materials you could just have a basic price comparison listing. That way, for example, I would be able to think pricewise do I want laminate or painted or which of the real real wood species. So, under each type of material and style of door you could have a chart stating the price of a 15" x 30" door, a 12" x 24" door etc. A customer could then quickly make some decisions about which style, finish and material would most closely fit her budget. I think all of us realize that it would be way too difficult to have every price for every possible custom permutation laid out. I would also think that you could save a lot of staff time that is currently spent just answering simple customer inquiries about pricing in general.

Saw the last half hour because i had book club tonight. We barely discussed he book, mostly world events. I will have to watch Survivor on demand and see how you know who won immunity.
