Amazing that so many, many years ago they were so on target.... "Silent Spring", "Fahrenheit 451", "1984", "Solient Green", and so on.

Yet we didn't really listen.... and here we are. Even "Wall-E" is sobering in spit of its cuteness.

I remember that movie - Soylent Green!! Last time I remembered it was in a convo with my vegetarian sis & talking about soy. I mentioned this movie & she screeched at me the same thing that @dedtired said ”Soylent Green is People!”….. so funny at the time & after too many glasses of wine….

I have a TShirt I wear at work on days I don’t feel so great- it says ”100% Soylent Green” 😂
