hurricane impact window crack

Mo-Joe
last month

Got new hurricane impact windows and doors. They were installed a few months back but I just moved in ( fully gutted remodel). One window just developed a crack very similar to a windshield long crack going into a couple of directions from a chip.
It seems it has an impact point but it’s tiny.
What could have caused it? There have been no strong storms or winds. It’s away from the road, on the side of the house with not a lot of space in between my and neighboring house plus a fence. I can’t think of what could have hit it. Especially with the force needed to cause the glass to break with such a little room.
I have seen pictures of impact windows after burglary attempts and it definitely doesn’t look like that. Could it be stress crack? It’s not at the edge but in the middle of the pane.
Had the windows professionally cleaned just a few days ago. Could have they caused it? Maybe loosing balance from the ladder and causing the ladder to hit the window? I thought they’d be stronger than a hit like that.
