Begonia in bloom. Got a part of a friend's plant and she told me the blooms were pink. She came over yesterday and was surprised to see the white blooms.

Our ongoing master bath repair and reno. Here, the spa tub and part of the floor under it have been jackhammered and removed. The adobe wall that was behind it was exposed and in need of refinishing. It’s now (finally!!) almost finished, though!

HUG Point, Oregon Coast

Baby wild cottontail rabbit that I rescued last week from the jaws of my dog....doing fine, miraculously. I had to pry the dog's mouth open. Wild rabbits are very hard to raise, and no one is more surprised than I am, that it survived with no injuries, and is eating everything I give it.

On Saturday this bird with a bright yellow head and a bright red and yellow body walk thru my yard. This photo is thru the screening.

This was outside the screen but he started moving pretty quickly. I have a cute video. It turned out to be a Golden pheasant. I have never seen a bird like this before.

They're powder coated steel. Have they started rusting? I had a powder coated steel fence around my garden that started rusting within the first year. I replaced it with aluminum.
