Yay, although not a phase heard here very often. Usually hear just, ”wit’s end”.

Nay. Not a phrase I’m familiar with, so the good news is I’m not kicking myself!

Nay - same as FOAS, I don't think I've ever seen or heard that phrase. I was thinking 'she's on the loose' might be the answer.

P.S. I do know the phrase 'at loose ends', just not specifically with 'she's'.

We'd say "she's at a loose end", not "she's at loose ends". Never heard that version.
