Comments (150)Hi, Ladies-I received my box from Mary Ellen (mellen) yesterday & wanted to list all the great gifts received when I had the time to take it all in & didn't want to miss anything she sent. First, I love camels & sheep. Wherever & whenever I shop I always look for these items. I can find the sheep quite a bit but camels are almost impossible to find. This great lady found a magnet & a key chain with a camel on them. Also sent a sheet of stickers with I (red heart)camels on them. I was so pleased with each of these & can hardly believe she found them. I love them!! Now for the rest of the contents: a large hershey candy bar which my DH & I enjoyed tonight while watching Wheel of Fortune. With my love for chocolate it was quite a feat for me to share!, a darling inspirational Wind Chime, a Finch Feeder Magic Thistle Sock which the birds will enjoy,(I do intend to put thistle seed in it so they will enjoy more than the sock) character plant ties with frogs on them,(darling),a magnetic shopping pad, garden marking pen for outdoor use, (maybe this one will last on my WS markers),Turtle Sundae & Cinn Ful Nut coffee, a votive holder with my initial on it & lovely scented candle, lavender Hand Sanitizer, bath soap gel, & the following seeds: Cosmos(cosmic orange), Cosmos "Daydream", Nemesia,"Masquerade",Achillea "Summer", Sweet Pea (Lavender Flush, Pink Hyacinth Bean Vine, dark purple Delphinium, Delphinium, "Magic Fountains", Blue & Lilac-Pink, Giant Fuchsia Foxglove, Knautia (pastel), Dicentra,(I will be looking this one up) & Ornamental Cucumber. I hope I haven't missed anything. I am sure much thought was put into all the things sent as most were on my list of wants. It was such fun seeing each thing that was sent & Mary, I thank you soooo much! You made this RR so very special for me & I do so appreciate it. Sounds like all the boxes being received are just great & it has be a delightful RR, reading all the posts & getting to know each of you a little better. Margaret (Thanks Mariann, for the tag)...See Moreupdates continued thru March 18th.
Comments (2)These stories are terrific. I'm so enjoying them & am glad you're sending them to the forum, not only to keep us abreast and for our entertainment, but so you've got a record with fresh details of your journey. All the little events that make the ride so special would be lost down the memory hole if you'd tried to recall them after the trip. Life is more colorful in Louisiana, isn't it? People there will interact with total strangers -- it's great. I'm praying for good weather & safety for y'all....See MoreHair Loss Slowing -- An Update
Comments (30)I hesitate to say this because I did it as part of my get rid of migraine program which worked for 5 years. I took flax oil for 3 years in higher quantities. By the end of that I was no longer having migraines and my hair started to thicken up and my hairline rapidly was moving down lower than I've ever had on my forehead. It was very strange. I quit taking the flax oil because I was sick of it plus the excess weight and for 5 years was completely migraine free but it has moved back in. My hair however has stayed growing much more quickly. I'm not sure if causation and all that. Trier beware...See MoreAnnie Deighnaugh
