Yes, Kathy, this is Gabby, wasn't on for so long due to technical diffculties, and then Abreeze gave me a link and sure enough i was on again. I thought about you and your Mother, and meant to write and ask if anyone had heard about you. So glad to see you peek in, even if only once a week . I know it is a 'tough road, belive me I do know, but you will feel so great in the end, that you gave your precious mother all the love and devotion. ^Think of you often and will hope that God gives you strenght, to carry on as you are,and keep your health up. Merry Christmas to you all and many HUGS....Gabby

I also got it from another "old" friend today!

I had to laugh: the colors (Hershey Bar chocolate) brown and pink were favored during the US Civil War era! What goes around....comes around! Today I will finish quilting a baby quilt that has long been a UFO - then I will put it in my Etsy shop at some point. I'm working on my second Kind Quilt, ready to layer it and start simple quilting. There is one Kind Quilt finished and another still in pieces in the bag. These charity quilts come with all the fabrics chosen and cut - all we add is the batting, thread, and our time. I hope to persuade my guild to add this organization to our charity quilt making/giving. http://kindquilts.org Yesterday I began to clean up/clean out my sewing room - it needed it!!! I found my son's quilt that needs the binding repaired hidden under my cutting table. I looked for this (in a black plastic bag) so many, many times - and it was right there, hidden under mounds of batting remnants! Can you identify? Can I get an AMEN, Sistahs?? Ha! Blessings for a wonderful 2016 to you all! Teresa
