What exact bulbs are you using? if theyre cheap no name of amazon, that could be an issue.

Sounds like you have a flaky bulb socket at one location in each fixture. A handy DIYer could potentially replace the questionable sockets. An electrician would just replace the entire fixture.

it doesn’t appear to be the bulbs since the same 2 sockets have the issue. All the other sockets with the same bulbs work fine.

I have not heard of replacing sockets without changing the entire fixture.

I don’t remember, but I know they are a mainstream brand purchased locally.

I didn’t order no name bulbs from Amazon.

I also swapped the bulbs around in the fixture and the same socket kept going out with different bulbs. It didn’t move to where the bulbs were moved.

The socket is defective. An electrician can tell you if it’s reparable or if you need to get a new fixture. Depending on where you bought it, they might still allow you a swap for another one (same style) or give you a refund so you can buy some other style.

Before you call an electrician, shut the power off at the fuse or breaker panel, make sure power is off, and remove the bulbs from the problematic sockets. At the bottom of the socket, there is a little metal tab that makes contact with the center of the bulb. Take a small screwdriver and slightly pry up that metal tab. Go gently. If that does not solve your problem, the sockets are probably defective and need to be replaced.

The difference with mine is that the bulb works some of the time. In that video, the bulb never lights up. So, I can’t be sure it’s the same issue.

If it was that issue, I would assume the bulb would never work; not work for a while and then need to be reattached to turn on again.

The tab could be right at the point where it is barely making contact with the bulb, and after being compressed for a while it loses contact. Removing then reinstalling the bulb restores the contact temporarily. I would try it before anything else, you have nothing to lose and it won't hurt anything.

When you screw in the working bulb, does it come on before the bulb is fully seated? It should, if it doesn't, the contact at the bottom of the socket needs to be pulled out a little.
