I absolutely do not get the appeal of this show but a lot of people ,like it. All the blubbering. Ugh. Ive only seen the ads for it but some of my friends watch it.

No idea. Kind of like watching a train wreck.

It's so not like a train wreck. It's refreshing to see people having conversations about finding love as they age.

Im all for love but of what Ive seen, the women seem kind of desperate. Maybe Im being too judgmental.

I turned it on....watched about 30 minutes...it's just soooooooooooooo......contrived. Why isn't the woman Leslie asking him how he feels about the "other" woman...? Because it would ruin the show....? I get that moving and leaving her life behind would be an adventure...that makes sense. People like to move and try out a new place. I liked seeing Costa Rica and the accommodations where they're staying....that interests me. :0)

Nicole, that's why they have private time away from the cameras.

They seem desperate because by the time you reach this age the pickings are pretty slim. When my DH was in & out of nursing homes before he passed the women that were there were out numbering the men by about 6 to 1. I believe that most women do not expect to meet a great man by the time they reach this stage of life.

eld...We looked into diving Costa Rica. They take you on a really long yacht ride....15 hours....everyone is sea sick...to the dive destination. Then....there are so many sharks most night dives get cancelled. I really don't like diving with so many sharks, entering the water is a problem....ya know. My yoga instructor goes there often...she says there's little coral...diving is not good....so that must be the reason for the 15 hour boat ride....

Nicole, i didnt know that! We don’t dive. i always just enjoyed the atmosphere.
