The cabinets look very nice. I would leave them alone and paint the walls. The color on those walls is a bit drab and boring. The whole kitchen could use a bit of color.

Since everything will be white on white, and you are trying to work with the existing beige floors, would you consider keeping the island a natural wood color? Maybe it can be sanded to a lighter color. Would look beautiful with white countertops and still relate to the existing flooring. Just a thought…best of luck!😊

Oops, and as for the white, I think it depends on the undertone of the existing tile. I’d lean toward the warmer white, to compliment the floors. If it’s too blue, it might make the floors appear muddy in contract.

If you want white cabinets, white counter, beige and gray floor, and unknown wall color----match the gray island to the gray in the floor.
