Someone in "Discussions" here asked which brand food processor is best. So I volunteer as follows:

I have a Cuisinart food processor 7-Cup for over 25 years, never needed to be repaired or anything, unbelievable! It's still working, and now, more than ever as I'm having some injuries in my gums and palate so I need to grind food thoroughly everyday so my mouth can handle it. I swear by it and was thinking of getting a small one too and of course it'll be a Cuisinart. Now comes MY question to everyone here: :o)

As a vegan of 40 + years, I process frequently like every other day, all kinds of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, and as a result by now all the plastic parts became a very deep orange color. I know this can happen in any other processor brand, so if anyone knows how to get back that beautiful cream-color which it had originally when I bought it, I'd appreciate it a whole lot. :)
