We visited a new place in Portsmouth, NH on Thursday called Hearth Food Garden. Nine different food stations with comfy seating areas spread around the beautiful space.

grape tomatoes are really producing well this year. I don't really care for tomatoes, but I like these tomatoes.

DH was craving a Lemon Icebox pie yesterday so I happily obliged. He even wanted meringue instead of whipped cream. I cheated and didn’t make the crust but it was still very yummy.

This picture makes me laugh. My sister and I went to somebady’s wedding when we were kids. I must have had a really bad wedgie!

That Volkswagen was called a Trekker here. When I lived in Germany I knew a woman who had one and she called it 'Mein Jeep'. Bloody freezing in a Bavarian winter.

I recall the VW Thing - still see them around here occasionally, but not recently.

OP: Yes, we rode the train from Skagway through those magnificent mountains into Yukon Territory. It was fantastic! Yesterday we were in Whitehorse. This morning we flew to Dawson City. Tomorrow we fly on to Fairbanks. From there, we head to Denali.
