Endless Summer Hydrangeas are thriving but not blooming

Hello all
I planted 5 Endless Summer Crush Hydrangeas in the same area two years ago. They were young 1 gal but they are now thriving and growing big. However, it is August and I do not see buds in 3 of them. Same things happened last summer and I thought I would give them more time to grow. Buds on old woods always die every winter, so I never have spring blooms. The whole area is getting full sun. I water every 2-3 days using a soaker. I applied high Ph fertilizer in June. Any suggestions on how to make these bloom before winter?
I live in zone 6a.

Thanks.
