Mystery flowering plant...

I know this is a very common house or warm weather plant but it has flowered for the first time in 10 years. The plant is 10ft high now from when I planted it outside. It has other crazy flowing stems from the bottom but this is the biggest and only stalk to bloom. I think it is in the Dracaena marginata family but the flowers are so different looking from what I can find on the internet. Hoping someone can also share their knowledge and maybe other photos of what this plant is.
