Hi,

I'm new to gardening and picked up this plant from the local gardening store a while back. It wasn't labelled/tagged so I have no idea what it is but it was in the annual section so I believe it's an annual.

There are flower clusters closer to the base of the plant which were blooming when I first bought it (around late April/early May - Zone 9a Canada). Since potting these up on my balcony, they have also grown a few long stems that have flowers that are a different shape/form to the cluster blooms but a similar colour.

I also just noticed a couple of pods growing upwards that look a little like green beans but smaller and straighter.

Any ideas?
