There are ads, I see them on Facebook, to purchase U S Postage stamps for deep discounts. As in $20 for $63 worth of Forever stamps. The word on the street is that these ads are scams. Has anyone bought stamps this way? Would the scam be that I authorize a credit card or PayPal payment and never receive the stamps? A few years ago I bought a roll of Forever stamps online and all was Good but I forget what website I used.

Took a chance with my credit card and ordered 200 stamps from https://www.uspsfaststamps.com/ that Chloebuds freind used. The stamps showed up in 4 days. Next I plan to double check at the Post Office that they are genuine.
