Jan how large is your Hoya erythrina and is this it's first bloom? This has been a fairly slow plant for me but it does put out growth in spurts. I have been watching it closely for signs of a peduncle but I think I am going to be waiting a long time. I literally gasp when I saw your Hoya Mithilde it's absolutely fantastic! I am looking forward to seeing the plant in full bloom. I wonder if the unusually cool weather this winter was a help in developing so many blooms? Do you find this Hoya to be a heavy bloomer or has it only bloomed this well as it became a larger plant? Mike

Hi David! So nice to hear(/see?) from you again. :) I'm glad you're doing well. As for your pictures... amazing as always. That andalensis is just so pretty. I love little ball flower Hoyas (what's the official name for that again?) and that yellowish ivory is the perfect shade for this type of bloom. Jack has the best rigidas! And of course I love love love that photo. It puts me in mind of a specific photo but I can't remember the description/EPC. Well, I'm just content to know that I've rooted every rigida he's made available so far and hopefully I'll be looking at the same flowers someday. ;) If I had any notion that the acuta red would be that vivid I would have bought it long ago! Neat-o! It looks like 80s era Barbie nailpolish lol. Also, can I just say that the lighting on that obovota makes it look like some kind of shimmery extraterrestrial fabric.

Susan is great and her plants always look healthy and well grown. I've ordered from her a few times and will continue to do so. I'm always very satisfied. Good sized plants for very fair prices. Even cooler is she only loves 30 miles from me. I actually just received Hoya anulata and pubicalyx hawaiian royal purple from her today and they are spectacular! They're both pretty big, especially the RHP, it's a little monster. anulata left, RHP right

Looking back at some recent posts and I really enjoy seeing y'all's buds and blooms <3 I don't know how I'll feel when mine finally starts to bud up, but macrophylla flowers are some of my favorite to look at with those delicate, pearly pink tones. Then there are the unexpected ones where fuzz and fur are harmonizing with the porcelain textures and it's all just a little bit frills and rock and roll. Speaking of textures... have you had the misfortune of stepping on a dried up hoya blossom? Not good, those corona are surprisingly firm! @floral_uk z.8/9 SW UK that's an impressive amount of peduncles! May we please know the size of planter that it's in? I had a pubicalyx that did absolutely nothing for a year, then exploded in growth when I uppotted. Makes me wonder at what point the plant feels that it has enough real estate to do its thing.
