Unglazed has that "matte" or "honed" natural stone feel to it. So there's a little bit of texture on the surface that the glazed doesn't have. That micro-texture can hold grime, but again the tile is not porous, so the grime isn't going to penetrate into the floor. And your tile is dark, so dingy showing as dingy probably won't be an issue. When you clean it, it'll clean up like new. So yes, to address your questions? Glazed is easier to clean. Unglazed may look dirtier quicker.

Since your bathroom is small and you are on a budget, I recommend avoiding a busy mosaic that can visually be overwhelming in a small space and can cost more to install sometimes. It doesn't show up in a photo, since it is all white. In person the matte tiles look almost a little grubby next to the gloss like there is a film that needs to be wiped off. And they reflect the colour and light differently. The mix is random but not so random as to look intentional. I think I will just have to live with it.

Thank you all. I did dump water over the sample tile multiple times, and let it dry, and it looks pretty good! Not sure why I didn't even THINK of putting the sample through its paces! I also realized that my son currently has a mirror that extends down to the top of the vanity, and these tiles aren't going to look any worse than his mirror does. And it usually looks clean.
