Comments (3)Hello, I have a shop and an online store for French items such as furniture, accessories and also French food. I think you might find some ideas or some items on it. Comments (8)The OP said "open space under window". She means that shelf! The dust collector. OP, my sister had one of those and had a decorator fix it up. It was a beautiful spot, but a chore when it needed dusting. They had the surface finished out in hardwood that matched the stairs....See MoreI’m looking for ideas to finish the space above my kitchen windows
Comments (11)It's nice. maybe a tad boring. You could do sconces, or some solar shades, bamboo shades, or even a simple faux roman shade w/a bit of color or pattern. quick mockup w/same color shades as your countertop and a sconce over each window see this modern kitchen and how they placed the woven wood blinds above the window? that might look good w/yours. tried to photoshop it for you. I'd also bring in more greenery or maybe a centerpiece plant for your island. just for a bit of color you could try and find a sconce that is similar to your pendant lighting Here's a mock-up with some color/pattern Love your floor tile....See MoreMain bath layout/update
Comments (2)The easiest /best thing to do seems to be: - Keep the shower and toilet in their current positions, but remove the linen closet /give more space to the shower especially. Lose the indent that places the two doors at angles. - Remove the tub and place a small window seat in its spot /under the window ... consider a drawer or an empty space for a hamper under the window seat. - Make the vanity longer, paying special attention to adding drawers at the sink. - Add a linen tower on the sink wall to make up for the loss of the linen closet. I understand why this particular tub makes you want to get rid of tubs altogether. It must be impossible to enter safely!...See MoreKay p
