Should I forfeit the entryway to gain a formal dining room?

Renovating very small 1970s ranch 1400sf, that has an eat in kitchen with limited counter space. It is an open plan great-room. If I remove the wall between the living room and foyer, I can gain enough space to add a dining table and chairs. I would move front door to enter between LR and DR. Then I could add island and seating in kitchen. LR would be 14 x 14 and DR 10 x 14 with a 4’ informal entry between. What would be better for resale eventually??
