Convection is something I use frequently and would recommend. From what I hear, the warming drawers at this price point are not worth the money/space. Regarding the center burner... If I had a choice, I would rather spend the money on 4 good burners (15k BTU+) than 4-5 mediocre burners, but in this price range, they all seem to be a similar setup (probably built by the same 2 companies). I have a hard time envisioning a decent size griddle getting evenly heated with any of these center burners. The Frigidaire has slightly higher burner output on average, but then there's that CNB to deal with.

Whenever possible you should order from RepairClinic or AppliancePartsPros when DIY repairing. They let you return parts including boards up to a year after buying no questions asked, even after installing them in an appliance. If my Elux breaks I will definitely repair myself to keep costs down. Boards are not hard to change. The 2nd oven is no bigger than a warming drawer, the only difference is it can go up to 450 degrees. I haven't had the occasion to use it yet since I also have a separate walloven but I could definitely see it coming in handy. Like the Bosch slide in it has probe, proof, and other modes such as slow cook. I'm wavering between the NIT 800 series and the NITP Benchmark series also. The only difference that I can see is that Benchmark has the flex induction for $500 more and requires a 50 amp circuit instead of 30A. Both recognize and adjust to different pot sizes ("Pot Sense") and both have shut off timers for each individual hob. Combining two hobs to form a single larger heating surface seems kinda cool. However, I have grill and griddle inserts to replace two burners as a single surface and didn't use them (other than for additional counter space) after the novelty wore off. Which was quickly. My sister and her husband used her griddle and grill inserts a lot when they had 4 children at home. After that, eventually never. If I confirm that the only difference is flex induction, then I'm going to save myself $500.

I have the older LG LSE4617ST induction range. The somewhat newer and more modern looking LG Studio LSIS6338F (specs) meets all your requirements: 30", knob cooktop controls, finished sides, storage drawer. The Appliances Connection website claims that it has the appliance available. The website of my local (DC) Home Depot shows that it has the Samsung NE63T8911SS (specs) available for delivery. It also meets your requirements. Unfortunately, many induction ranges are hard to find now. You may have to do a fair amount of searching online to find one available quickly.
