You could take the tile to Benjamin Moore and let them use a color meter/detector/scanner to read the color of the spot on the tile you want to match and either custom-blend something for you or point you to the nearest match. Always get a test pint and paint it on a large board or sheet of something or the wall itself before purchasing the gallons. The sheen can make a big difference in appearance of the color. I recently did a couple of rooms in Benjamin Moore's Aura paint from the Affinity collection in satin sheen, and it was initially a little more reflective than I had wanted, but I love it now, and it's very easy to clean if needed. Aura is the most water-resistant of the paints and good for kitchen areas.

Hmmm interesting. First, I would highly recommend making your counter deeper on at least the wall with the sink. This will maximize your prep space. I grew up in a home with a VERY small kitchen, but the counters were 6" deeper than normal, so I never really felt cramped while cooking. You can simply have the contractor build a 1x4 or 1x6 frame against the wall, install the cabinets against that, and then run the counters over the whole thing. This will also help you feel like you have more headroom, since the upper cabinets won't be as close to your face. Hopefully the window placement will allow for this, although you can always step one narrow cabinet and the counters back to normal depth to allow for the window if necessary. I would also probably consider putting the range and fridge on the same wall, and the sink/DW on the other. I would not center the sink on its wall, and make sure to have the largest amount of empty opposite the range. This will also maximize the space you have for prep.

You’ve made charming choices! The island lighting is perfect. One of my favorite moments is the curve of ther counter stools repeated on the mat for the dog bowl. You must be thrilled with the outcome. I’m looking forward to seeing the custom cabinet doors and a light without glare over the sink. Nice!! I always like to see the before and after right next to each other.

I would not do the open shelves and just run the glass dor cabinets across the back wall around the window and then the lowers as you show. I assume you are planning to paint the old cabinets and if that is the case I would do anew cabinet to match the one on the other side of the range and then begin the glass door ones into the DR . That makes the DR another space visually . I see you are changing the island too that is a good idea. Any more help will need a to scale floor plan of the whole space showing the window doorways where those lead and done on graph paper . We need every measurement clearly marker the drawing posted here in jpeg format and DO NOT start another post
