Don't forget Survivor tonight!

I didn't miss a single episode when i was in the hospital, but I'm happy to be home this week.

Time to talk about who you like. I was going to say that Gabler is a carry-along, you know, the harmless one who'll never get any votes. But last season, that's what I said about Maryanne until her master performance at the final TC. I like Cody and Jesse, both of whom seem to have the kind of street smarts that Tony had. But the previews seem to indicate that others see them as a dangerous team to break up. I like Karla, again, street smarts, and Sami, wise far beyond his age (19?). I like the others, Owen and Cassidy and Nicole, just not sure they can win.

The flaw in the entire premise of Survivor is that the most deserving players get voted out because they're threats. Others survive only because they are in the right alliance, and they are often weaker players.

Honestly, for me, ANYONE but Hannah. I almost fell off my chair last night when she said "I don't want a goat in the final 3 when I have worked so hard". What? WHAT?! I think she has been dragged along the whole time for her vote. She's horrible at challenges, and IMO worthless at camp. I'm pulling for Ken, Adam, Jay. Bret is just sliding under the radar also. David is just too, hmmmmm, I don't know, snake oil salesman or something. I liked him in the beginning, but his oh poor me, I'm paranoid and neurotic act got old quickly for me. Hannah dead last, then Bret, then David, then of the top 3, hmmmm, I'd just like to see Ken, Adam and Jay in the final 3 then duke it out from there.

I was SO disappointed in that vote! I actually felt bad for Jeremy because he kept saying he didn't want to be voted off first. Natalie is beyond annoying. Why are they swapping teams already? I thought they usually did that if the teams start to become too lopsided. Right now the Davids are down 2 and Goliaths 1. I'd like to see them stay together a little longer. I hope whatever team Natalie ends up on that she does what she said she wouldn't do - team up with the Davids. I'm liking the wrestler guy - he's cute and he seems like he's a nice guy. He seemed pretty arrogant in the beginning but seems to have calmed down some. I have no winner preference yet though. Too many players that I have no clue who they are. I agree - 2 challenges would be much more interesting. Wonder why they stopped doing that?

I couldn't even finish the EW interview with Natalie, oh heavens, the whole world was against her and she was only trying to teach people how to do things, and Jeremy hurt her on purpose and her back hurt the whole time (at least while Jeremy was there) and she was just portrayed so wrongly. That's exactly why no one wanted to play with her, she sat on her tush the whole time and blames everyone else for everything. Yikes, I wanted to feel a tiny bit of sympathy for her but I don't think so, she's way too deflective.

"So, after they come back from Idol Island, are they not allowed to tell the group they have met Rob and Sandra?" It's up to the player to decide what to reveal. This is discussed in one of the articles that last week's recap links to. It's interesting, to me, that both women who have been to Idol Island have told a story about there being urns. Those women are from different tribes, so they certainly haven't had a chance to discuss and agree that the second woman would say the same thing the first woman had said. I'm curious as to what will happen next week when whomever goes to Idol Island returns to their tribe. Since the next person to go will be from the same tribe as Elizabeth (the first one to go), they may get together and discuss. Then again, though, they probably won't have a chance. But, obviously, the more folks that go, the more everyone will know the truth about meeting with Sandra and Rob.

I agree, Eileen. Noelle was so likeable and admirable that if she made it to the end, she would surely win. Maybe all the strong people should form an alliance and pick off the weaker ones first. The only way someone athletic or likeable can win is if they constantly win challeges and find idols, otherwise the regular folks will pick them off.

The slogan on the Survivor logo is "Outplay, Outwit, Out last". Voting out your strongest competitor is outwitting them. And before the merge, the tribes routinely vote out the weaker ones that won't help them win team challenges.

ha ha.....I was thinking....my name and I can't remember their names?! 🤣

I kept saying, when Noelle was struggling on that challenge...how unfair THAT challenge was! Then the next challenge didn't use "legs" and Noelle didn't win....and THAT challenge was fair. 🤧So sad to see her go....and so deserving of a million dollars. Where's Sia? Where's Ponderosa? Those were the good ole dazs.....
