Mirror/Sconce Placement 84in Vanity

I'm having the darndest time trying to choose the correct mirror sizes for our Master bath. We are doing an 84inch vanity, 2 mirrors, 3 sconces.
My initial thought is 30inch mirrors but that would then make the 4.5inch center sconce basically touch both mirrors. 28inch mirrors are ideal, but have had zero luck in finding a 28x50ish inch mirror.
Anyone have an 84inch vanity that can chime in on their double mirror sizes?

What is the size of the sink bases and where are they placed in the vanity? Are you wanting framed mirrors?

Sink bases are 25.5 and are 12 inches from the ends of the vanity

If you want the sconces centered over the vanity, you need one that's 42" wide - that would give you 4" on the outside of each sconce. If the vanity is in a recessed installation, the balance would be really important, I think. But if it's just open space to one side of the vanity, maybe it could work. You could do a mockup to see if the 38" vanity would look really out-of-whack with the sconce placement.

I suggested just splitting the distance and smack dab in the middle between wall and mirror, ( 8" ) BTW....... watch the specs for required box as many need a smaller one, and these should be NARROW and un bulky looking in any scenario.

Great design concept! Two mirrors with 3 sconces could work for your space if you are willing to scale down the mirrors a bit. Because there are multiple variables to factor in the centering of the mirrors, consider condensing your variables to ensure accuracy and execute a thoughtful design. If you are open to it, two smaller framed mirrors would be a great alternative to custom millwork but still offer a rich, customized look: Going this route, you will have a little more room to space out your sconces appropriately and center your mirrors without compromising form or function. Well, I am trying to make similar decisions on this myself. I too had come across that it is better to have sink lighting from the side rather than above but have found the layout to be challenging and busy. So, I checked houses for sale with 2500 - 3500 square feet and none of them had side sconces around their mirrors. And only one or two had frames around their bathroom mirrors. Most of them had one large mirror across the sink area with lights over it. A bathroom can be a busy area, so from a minimalist standpoint, no frame. Now a mirror in the Livingroom really needs a frame.

So you have a 9" cabinet between the sink bases?

You don't have to make the mirrors the full width of the sink base and probably shouldn't for aesthetic reasons. If you used a standard size width of 24" for the mirrors, you should have about 12" of wall space between them, plenty of room for the middle sconce. It gives you about 12" of wall space for each sconce and would be well-balanced.

As for height, 50" is huge for a mirror. Are you trying to compensate for a high ceiling?
