Barbiecore.....I LOVE IT!

One of my sisters once saw my kitchen sink full of pink utensils and cookware and declared that it looked like Barbies Malibu maid went on strike.

I am so happy to see not just more pink, but more color options available in kitchen products. Even though I myself will stick with pink While I can appreciate that a lot of people prefer a more calming, neutral, black or stainless steel backdrop, I think that it brings more joy to everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning and the like to be able to bring bright, beautiful colors, to the tools one uses for such tasks.

Pink Power!

I don't have any pink cookware, but I do have quite a few pink untensils, mostly KitchenAid brand, because they were selling them for October Breast Cancer Awareness Month. My mother and her sister both died from breast cancer, and my younger sister was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. I also have a pink travel coffee mug that I like a lot. So, yeah, I'll buy pink products!
