Kitchen accent wall or not?

I am trying to decide whether to paint our large wall that goes downstairs and accent color or not.

We just put in new counters and backsplash and need to paint our walls. I am having a hard time deciding on paint color. Our floor tiles seem to be a warm gray (maybe an undertone of green?) Do I choose a greige (BM Pale Oak, Balboa Mist, Classic Gray) with an accent wall? And if so, what color accent?

I am hoping for a calm but not dull kitchen. Our windows face SE so lightning isn’t super bright.

The floors in the rest of the house are warm and paint is a “putty”.

what a difference a new paint color makes. very nice. (not quite sure about the leaning mirror tho....although it does bounce around the light) I have a suggestion for the bar cart, which is a great idea. maybe something like this with some artwork above it? or maybe a few shelves w/some plants? you don't have to crowd them, just something light and bright. you have the perfect wall space above that cart to do something.

What’s on the wall now? Hard to see with all the shadows. But definitely not a stone wall. It’s not a fireplace. And it’s not a wall that’s worthy of an accent, from what I can tell. Just paint it the same color as the rest of the room.
