Trying to identify this chair set, please help.

I am trying to identify these chairs. There are 8 of them. 6 without arms and 2 with armrests. There is a registry number on the bottom, but I can't seem to find how to look it up or if it is even relevant to determining the chair. I think I found the maker from the tag as a Chinese company TubeSmith but am uncertain as it isn't exact since this is Tube-Smith Metal Furniture Co LLC and the company I found is TubeSmith Enterprises.

Anyways I know (at least I'm 90% certain) these are some kind of antique and are new within the last decade or something just by how glossy and nice looking they are to me, but they also are probably the first fully made with real wood and carvings I have had and would like to know where they came from before possibly just donating them

I know its Chinese I gathered that but thanks for confirming the one I found is correct. They make it for retailers here in the states, So I am trying to find out who that is.

Hmmmm ... 1970s or newer - those bent end supports were popular for a while. Not very practical, however. Have you looked for maker's marks?

I think the date mark is from 1868-1883. The Day of the month (at the top of the diamond) is 8; The Year (the right side of the diamond) is D which is 1878; The Month (at the bottom of the diamond) is B which is October. So the date would be October 8, 1878.

I have looked up information, that Chinese manufacturer Tube-Smith shipped furniture to a company in the U S called K D Furniture.

When I looked for K D furniture, the information says K D means knock down....or assembly required. I can't imagine the original buyer put those chairs together. Then another search came up with sites, like Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon. Thailand was identified as place of manufacturing. Very confusing. Hope someone out there can straighten it out for you.

I've given up. Don't think it will make a difference in the end. Someone out there will eventually want them. Until then they will just be posted on one of the many local sale sites.
