Comments (19)About accent color, I say, pick a favorite color of yours. Don't ask other people what color you should pick. It has to be something you like. I have read, " take a look, in your clothes closet. Whatever colors are dominant, that is what you will most likely want in your home. Of course, not blacks or Browns, but you get the idea. Comments (8)It looks great! I think once you get settled in, with every day counter top stuff, cooking oils, dish towels and what not, you'll have plenty warmth. You could think about repeating the warm wood floors in accessories, such as fruit bowl or bread basket. A warm metal in the same tone as the floors would serve the same purpose. Comments (33)I like the round table, actually. It isn't enough table space to have a big knife-and-fork meal like a porterhouse ... but it is plenty of landing space for a cup of coffee and a tablet. Plus it is probably easier to navigate in or out of the innermost seats compared to a square table. Comments (3)Look at a company called SORAA for LED bulbs. They have a line for residential/homeowners as well as commercial/hospitality. Where are the main lights in your kitchen now? I’m not seeing downlights in the ceiling. See how you feel about that lighting, once the counters are in (did they install today? So excited for you!). How does it make you feel when you’re in the kitchen or looking at the kitchen from an adjacent room?
