this pic is the house in progress. The green windows are being replaced in white. The roof is bery dark and the soffit, fascia and teoughs will be black. We are going to paint the body if the house - thinking white? But do we do the foundation white as well? Or a grey? Dark to match the roof?

IMO black windows would be better ans the foundation IMO dark gray since white would just look dirty all the time.

Black or Charcoal

If the house is going to be white then the windows should be black, otherwise they'll disappear. Better yet, don't paint the house white. It will look dirty quickly and IMO it's just boring on a house with white windows without shutters. A light to medium gray would be more interesting since the roof is gray. The pinstriping looks out of place.

Not white, it will always be dirty. The color of your local dirt or a grey pulled from nearby rocks or pavers.

Can we see a picture of the front? The same foundation material in the front too or just in the back? Can you take a pic straight on at ground level so we can see the entire house?

is this the look you're after? then do the foundation in the same white, black windows (and a diff garage door!)

hate to be intrusive but where is this house located? and also what does the front look like?

To answer a few questions …… soil color would be black. No foundation is really visible from the front, so would be the sides and back. There is gravel against the foundation across the back.

Windows at the back will be white. The front can be changed to black. And a new garage door i cant take a pic of the back as I am not there at the moment will see what i have on my phone

here, I mocked up a nice looking garage door in black for you. (Tricorn Black) Love the shape of the door door. w/the black windows on the front, it would be perfect.

also gave you two lights, an new address, and some beautiful pink flowers for your flower bed. You need a bold pop of color against the black and white or it looks a little dull. don't be afraid to do some colored ceramic pots (I like the black ones you have by the garage)

jazz up your black ones a bit by doing these colors

if pink isn't your thing, try the cobalt, or red or green

copper also looks good. find copper color address numbers. maybe stick them on a piece of wood

I love the dark oak planks door— it is on a house nearby. But recognize black may be better. i will paint the existing door temporarily until a mew one is ordered and installed. The all windows doors don’t work for us, but we will get a few windows for interest. From the street you really only see garage door. The pic of the fromt is taken standing under a tree and with an evergreen to my left

White with white looks great. White with gray from your stones would work good as well.
