TINY LIVING ROOM WITH MANY OPENINGS
Comments (4)A couple quick thoughts... If the TV is less than 3' wide, I'd try it on the front door wall directly across from the TV. Bonus: This angle might lessen glare from the windows. If you don't need all the storage, you could keep the closet open and create a "cloffice." Replace the armchair with something visually lighter that's easy to move around when you have guests Plug-in wall sconces flanking the front window. Lighting that doesn't take up precious floor space....See MoreSmall sectional ideas please
Comments (5)Close, but still too big. Showing because I think you'll need sofas without arms for those dimensions. https://www.cb2.com/slipcover-grey-modular-3-piece-sectional-sofa/s679325 Outdoor one would fit: https://www.cb2.com/ebb-outdoor-sectional/s503468 Just to give you an idea of how that size sectional might look. IMO, it's an awkward look - I'd probably just do a sofa and a separate ottoman in front....See Morefurniture arrangement for tiny living room with bay window
Comments (9)That Mantle Mount is brilliant. I recommend it, often. If you replace the coffee table with either C-tables as suggested, or a couple of nesting end tables - or a light-colored ottoman style coffee table - your space could appear less crowded, due to the mere fact that the sizeable dark sofa, combined with the equally dark coffee table, creates a dense look; so the current setup not only takes up physical space but visual space. Without the current coffee table, there would also be the added benefit of not having a coffee table with sharp edges/corners - which is a better choice with children afoot. As one example, this trunk style ottoman could also provide some closed storage, if that feature might come in handy for you....See Moretiny living room dilemma
Comments (30)Hello Cory, Here is the rendition. Yes, it is pretty much what you already have with a few adjustments. Such as pulling the one section of the couch and putting it in the (now) short side to make the couch longer on the wall with the front door and picture window. You mentioned doing that earlier in your notes to us. Also, in the rendition is a TV console with an electric fireplace (just for fun) but any TV console would work. Over by the front door and closet wall; the large mirror is hung and an entry table the same length as the mirror can be seen. Some art was added along with some wall sconces that hold candles or perhaps some other wall art could go up. So here are the pictures for your viewing pleasure and consideration....See MoreAndrea Valenzuela
