What kind of budget? What things are you up for addressing? What is your overall style?

The two small trees at the left and right are about the only landscaping I would keep, the rest is uninspiring. I like more contemporary looks so would go more MCM- vertical siding on the gables, get rid of the divided light windows, and paint the trim a dark color that highlights the brick like urbane bronze. If you want a more cottagey look a soft green on all the trim, whitewashed brick, and shutters could make it very cute as well. Regardless invest in landscaping.

Yes, the landscaping definiltely needs an improvement. The house was a one owner home and I can't imagine them doing much work on the landscaping in their 90s, so it is pretty wild. I do prefer a more cottage look, so all all the trim and siding a sage green? If I were to add shutters would the shutters need to match the siding underneath the far left windows? Those are weird to me and at a lost what to do with them because I do not like limewashed and cream siding at all. And I do like your suggestion of the darker color IF I were to not limewash. Would you also paint the siding dark too?

If you don't like limewash, don't do it. Orange brick isn't anyone's favorite, but brick is the best exterior cladding you can get as far as being low maintenance. Once you paint it you have turned it into a high maintenance exterior. Lighten up the siding a bit and if you want to add shutters be sure they fit the windows properly, meaning each shutter should be half the width of the window it is next to. The shutters and front door could be dark green since you like green, or black or charcoal. An investment in landscaping would give you the best payoff.

I do like limewash just unsure on our ranch because I'm not the best on envisioning. I also think that picture kind of skews our brick more orange when in reality it is more red. Here's another picture of it (sorry for crappy picture I have just realized I've taken like zero picutres of our house). Maybe that is sitll considered orange, idk. I just know I hate that siding color and unfortunately it is brand new. If i were to not limewash, I would prefer like a charcoal/black but unsure if the siding should be that too. I'm terrible at this. Definitely doing landscaping next spring!

A base of evergreens all the way across will add harmony to the line of your house. Right now there's too much bare house wall showing and it looks choppy. Add any flowers in the area in front of the evergreens. Small flowering shrubs like mini hydrangea, or perennials or annuals.

Is there siding on the back and sides or only the bit on the eaves and under the 2 windows? Your window style is cottagey/country so don't try for a modern look. I'm assuming new windows are not a priority in the budget.

The red brick colour is actually very attractive. Not sure the grey-green will look that good with the red brick.

All downspouts should be painted to match the brick. If you want, you could paint the siding under the windows to match the brick too. If in doubt go with a colour a bit darker and more dull than the brick. The shrubs will further hide it.

Shutters will look OK if you like them.

I like how the black trim looks with your cream/sand siding. Shutters, light fixtures, mail box, railing all in black. Another dark colour would look good too but the black looks great with the cream/sand.

This is another ranch near me that I always like. Whitewashed brick, white trim, the windows are a soft grey green, the shutters are darker (full disclosure, I don't love the shutters on corner windows but just showing the paint scheme)

In your situation you mention the siding is new- there is so little it could be replaced relatively easily, if not vinyl is easy to paint.
