Finally finished installing Arabesque BS pics w/Quartzite
Comments (25)Not sure why it duplicated my post or how to delete it? Lynn2006 - Thanks to beekeeperswife's tips, we used Latricrete's Perma Color in bright white. We had to get it at a local tile store since they don't carry it at Lowes or HD. One bag was $17 on special :) We barely had enough, but mainly because we wasted a bunch in the beginning trying to figure out the best way to grout....See MoreGray/Blue Quartzite Counter Stains? Please help!
Comments (19)Sorry for late response to both of you. I don't have any other pictures at the moment, sorry. @AmyK we used a hair dryer to get one ring mostly off and one about half gone. Haven't tried ever since; the pandemic and everything has side-tracked us. We haven't been able to reseal it either, although because we know what stains it, we've figured out how to mostly avoid more issues. We typically just put down a towel in the most-used area and just ensure we wipe everything up (water, juice, etc.) before it penetrates the stone....See MoreQuartzite stain on installation day!HELP!

Comments (24)I thinks there’s alot to look at before the finishishing phase. The water intrusion is a big concern and the moisture levels in the wood based components should be monitered before enclsosure. You got a long way to go and I would still be focused on the roof. It really needs to be water tight asap. I’d push for an approved peal and stick membrane running up the the walls . I‘d take the time to be hands on at this point or move on . you dont really need to call the window company at this point, we know what thhere going to say. Stop the water at it’s source is job #1....See Morechispa
