Help with kitchen color palette

Hi all,

I would love some input on the colors for my kitchen renovation. The colors are the same in the two photos below, but I attached both because they look so different in different lighting/different times of day. Do these all work together?

I'm going for a modern farmhouse look. The green cabinets and butcher block top (which will be thick edge grain) are for the kitchen island. The dove white cabinets and quartz countertops are for the outer cabinets. The flooring in the background is the pine floors that we will have in the kitchen. The quartz sample is Ella by Cambria, which I am not at all set on. The number of Cambria options are overwhelming! If anyone has ideas for a warmer Cambria option that would work well I'd love suggestions.

I haven't gotten to backsplash yet, but am thinking maybe a classic white subway tile with dark grout (though again, I am open to all ideas!)

Are you okay with the gray cast of this counter?

Also note that sometimes samples are old and can change color over time.

I would visit a yard with the cabinet dample to see what is out there.

first, forget the backsplash tile for now. wait until everything else is in.

I like your choices. I did two tone and two diff countertops in my kitchen.

in your second pic, i'm guessing that's with your lighting? It's too yellow. change the bulbs to a 3500-4000K LED and the colors will look better.

secondly, you should NOT ever pick a countertop from those tiny sample pieces. you must go see the entire slab in person. a lot of times the samples have changed colors.

Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo? it's a bit warmer

I also really like MSI Calacatta Laza

Is there a stone yard you can visit?

What about Silestone?

this is their Eternal Charcoal in the suede finish. looks beautiful w/wood. (I actually have this one but in the gray color)

Or, Sea Pearl quartzite would be lovely w/your color cabinets

if you reall ywant some color, try Fusion Quartzite

Drapes will just be reminiscent of sand on the sea salt. Sample, sample, sample. Use large white poster board with a sample square of color in the middle so the white border will keep your current color from influencing the way sample color reads.

Swatching colors side by side on the old color doesn't really help. You need need white poster board painted the colors you are looking at with a white edge around it. Then you move them around the room during different times of the day to see the color in the space. OR you can order from Samplize to try colors. I would try the Prussian Blue in your rooms as suggested. I think it is going to way to bright.

@gabbysmith512 I like your kitchen. I think you have a beautiful space. I would look into what it would cost to have the same wood floors installed and remove the tile. That might create a more uniform space. Once that is done than you might look at a different wall color. But you might not need it as the color you have is very pretty.

I think the quartz is too cold in the color. I think you could find something better and as Beth said, go and see the slab in person
