With that color brick, and it being a flip, I’d go with a mid-dark brown. And instead of white windows, brown.

I really like this one, for example:

The front door with this scheme could be just about anything…. for instance, the dark brown with another color on the raised accents. Or a color that matches the brick with dark brown on accents.

Or orange:

Green:

Yellow:

Blue:

Rust:

With everyone painting the siding on these types of houses gray, blue, or sage (which I like, too), I think brown looks very sophisticated and fresh, as well as cohesive.

ETA: You could also do a shade similar to the brick (for siding), a monochromatic look, and a nice color for front door:
