Paint Design Dilemma Exterior

Can anyone please let me know of an app that allows me to paint the exterior of this home? I need to visualize how I want the trim painted. Brick is white but not sure if I want the siding and trim black or white. If anyone wants to have a go at designing how they would recommend it, I’d love to see any ideas or opinions!

Also important to note that I will not have the stone at the bottom. Will be all white brick

I doubt black is the answer here. What color is your roof? Visually, the roof color will have a large affect on the appearance of the house. Please post a picture of the roof sample if you can. The front elevation of this house is very busy, so even without a mock-up I think you're going to want a monochromatic color scheme. If there is anything you can do at this point to reduce the busyness of the facade that would be an improvement. Perhaps other commenters will weigh in with suggestions for that.

If I don’t paint the stone, what color could I paint the stucco? Maybe gray. All the colors that are in the stone are options. Hiring a color consultant would be the easiest thing to do. Another reason I like the color of your stone is because lime washing brick and stone is really popular right this minute - I absolute love the look too. And it's going to be around a while. But... The base color of your stone is light, creamy, ivory, off-white. That's where the trend is heading next and you're ahead of it. Change up the colors, post it on Instagram and it'll be shared a gajillion times because it's not white. ETA: First grays I'd pull would be Kendall Charcoal and Chelsea Gray. All depends on your roof and stone. Grays, creamy buttercream yellows, golds would be a gorgeous and unique exterior palette. Def helpful to get another set of eyes onsite to take a look.

I think they should have been filled. But you know the scope of every job has to be agreed on up front ……most importantly in a contract. We have learned this lesson a few times. And little things like this aren’t always obvious to us until we start inspecting a job. Have you talked to them yet? Maybe appeal to them for help and advice and they may fix it before you need to pursue other more difficult conversations. Good luck.

They did the BM Hale Blue (I thought it was spelled hail, lol!) The trim looks white, but not exactly sure what shade. It looks really good. I would suggest all the trim work and the garage doors in white.

You can color BW drawings using Microsoft Paint that is on any Windows computer.

Or you can just hire PRO to do this for you

The elevation diagram is not the best thing to use when trying to figure out your colour scheme. It doesn't give a very realistic idea of what things will look like at all.

If you're going to try re-colouring a picture, the best option would be a picture of an actual house built from this plan. Second best would be a 3D rendering of the house. You can use any graphics editor to do re-colouring. I like gimp. It's free and does pretty much everything Photoshop can. But if you're not up for learning a new program, coloured pencils and printouts are a good way to go.

If you're working with an architect, they should be able to produce 3D renderings in a variety of colour schemes-- and that would be the best option by far.
