Do beavers actually know what they're doing or do they just see all that water flowing down river and think absolutely not.

Jasdip, my two nephews (6 and 4 at the time) did the same to me one day when I was watching them. We went to the store, they picked out pork chops and vegetables, we went home, prepared dinner, and as we sat at the table the older one looked at me and said, "I hope you know, we don't eat vegetables." Younger one, " Yeah and we don't eat that stuff either!" - pushing the pork chop away with his fork. I didn't find it amusing at the time. So, I said, fine, don't eat. DD and I finished our dinner while they just sat there. SIL was very not happy with me because they were SO HUNGRY when she picked them up - "why didn't I feed them?"

That flower is from the Crotalaria cunninghamii plant, a legume native to Australia.....just in case anyone wants to know. Isn't it unique?
