Capital or Bluestar range?

We're remodeling the kitchen and have come down either a Bluestar or Capital range. We cook a lot, use high heat and searing a good bit, don't bake much, but do use the broiler. I'm in Atlanta and haven't been able to see either range in action. We're looking at the Capital Culinarian and Bluestar RNB, 36 inch with 6 burners. I've read about loud fans, igniter problems, hot doors and knobs, but are still leaning towards one of these. We'd welcome any guidance from those of you with experience with these ranges.
