Caulk has cracked!!
Comments (4)1" long - or 1" wide? If they're just little cracks - the solution is to recaulk. We do that once every year or two when we see cracks. No big deal. Materials respond to changes in heat and cold and humidity and etc. Expand a little - contract a little. Our agreement with our builder was that he'd come back after 6 months to recaulk and he did. It's fine now except in a few places. Still not that big of a deal since I'm pretty handy with a caulk gun....See MoreFeline Fit
