Its sounds like your issue is with the delivery company. Home delivery is not an exact science. You can use a large common carrier who will be much faster and deliver your order next week except that there will be a very high probability that your order would be damaged. What are the options then available to the retailer such as this company?. I can tell you the last thing the company wants is for your order to be delivered damaged. The only way to accomplish this is with a home delivery service such as the one they use A and O. Most of these companies originate in North Carolina. The companies schedule routes to the various areas, such as the Southeast, the Northeast, the Midwest etc., the West Coast etc. These companies will run a truck to each area. They will collect orders from their retailers and no matter what their retailers say, no matter how much they push and cajole that truck will not leave until it is full. They can't. The home delivery business is a low margin, low profit business, if they were to ship half full trucks the delivery company would soon go out of business. Most of these delivery companies go to most of the areas every 2-5 weeks depending on the location. Unfortunately as was your case and for whatever reason, you were not able to keep the next date to your area and apparently they go to your area every 3-4 weeks. 4 days advance notice by the way is fairly typical. If you miss a truck you have to wait for the next truck. The only way around this would be for your retailer to find another service to deliver your order sooner if one would have been in your area sooner. You purchased your sleeper in December 2014 ( you don't say when in December) and it is now March 2, 2015 it really hasn't been an outlandish amount of time for a special order. Your delivery issue could really have happened with any retailer as they do not own the delivery companies and are subject to their schedules.

The places cabinetmakers get plywood do not offer cutting service (in my experience). I think being able to handle and cut a 4x8 sheet is a must for any cabinetmaker's table saw set-up. Sure, Lowes or HD sells shop grade ply in birch or oak for about $50 a sheet and they'll cut it for $0.50 a cut. But why limit yourself to the box stores? I get most of my material at a place called Aura Hardwood Lumber in San Jose, CA. It is a one of a kind establishment serving cabinetmakers from all over the Northern CA. I drive 50 miles to go there, when there are about 100 box stores closer. The prices are wholesale- the $50 sheet at HD cost $30 at Aura, and there are so many species and grades to choose from. Every cabinetmaker needs to find the Aura in their area. Do some homework; ask other woodworkers. As important as having the right equipment is knowing where to get the right material. But if you need all your ply's cut in half before taking them, you can't even shop there. If you don't have a truck or van to transport materials, how can you even get started? Not being able to cut a full 4x8 sheet on your tablesaw is like not having the right vehicle. You would need to pay some decent $ to get a truck or van. Same thing with a tablesaw. Buy a $1,500 cabinet saw and you will never regret the purchase, nor will you ever need to upgrade it. If you are saying, "$1,500 is not in my budget" then think of it like a truck. If you need a truck you need a truck, you have to find the budget for it, or forget about doing the things you need a truck for. You can't just buy a used sedan and call it a truck. Same thing with buying a table saw for making cabinets. Also keep in mind, if you can save $20 per sheet by shopping at a wholesale place like Aura, after 75 sheets the saw will pay for itself!

“does anyone, know if you can install a wall oven under the Wolf cooktop?” @susanrhill34 - there are issues with installing a wall oven under a cooktop. First, there is a clearance issue. You must make certain to abide by the clearance specified for below the cooktop, and the clearance specified for above the wall oven. There often is not enough room for both, so you’d have to find another combination of cooktop and wall oven where there would be enough clearance for both. Second, the wall oven installed under a cooktop will be so low to the ground that when the oven door is open, it is nearly touching the ground, and that low height is awkward and cumbersome for taking things out of the oven that are boiling hot, heavy, and/or sloshing. Third, you would be better served with buying a range. A range would cost thousands less than a cooktop with wall oven underneath including the challenges of installing them.

I bought the CSO a few weeks ago and I can tell you this much: I can't get Ann's boules to come out right either but guess what, I can make the baguettes come out pretty nicely( I can't explain it either). I reheated pizza a few times, it's exactly like fresh, crispy on bottom & gooey on top. Toast comes out perfect at #3 if you like it on the dark side, which I do & it takes less than 4 minutes, well toasted on both sides. We have also re-heated chinese that came out excellent, I used the bake steam feature, chicken fingers were nice and juicy on the inside & crisp on the outside. Last night I roasted 6 drumsticks with BBQ sauce & DH said they were amazing. I am especially looking forward to using it for baking this summer when it gets too hot to run my regular oven inside.
