I've never heard of most of these people or the series but the photos are interesting. I like the ones of Jeff Goldblum and Jon Hamm.

These were all well done, and most of them were attractive. Who they were? -- don't ask me, I only knew of a few of them.

Same here.... haven't heard of most of them. Well, maybe "heard" but didn't know what they looked like.

Thanks for sharing. I don't know who most of them are, but some of the photographs were interesting. As an aside, I thought Lupita Nyong'o was the most beautiful and well-dressed woman I saw in all of the wardrobe reviews of the Oscars.

I love those portraits. I love the soft/natural lighting and the more casual poses of many of the sitters. Lovely!

I looked at a lot of the dresses too (I may be dressed in a hoodie, but I have opinions! LOL), and I agree that Lupita Nyong'o looked lovely. I liked a few of the other dresses as well, but found many of them over the top, and some downright bizarre. I don't know who would want to haul around one of those massive trains (like Jada Smith's), or spend the evening in fear that a breast (or two) could pop out at any moment.

In Seliger's portraits, either Joe Jonas smashed his thumb with a hammer or he's wearing black nail polish. Please tell me this isn't a current trend.

She's not in the portraits, but I couldn't take my eyes off Tracy Ellis Ross bodice during the only minutes that I watched the show Sunday. Alisande, like you said I was afraid she'd pop right out!

I read through all the names because celebrity names are often on crossword puzzles and I only know the name about 20% of the time. So I was studying, right?

There was a lot of boobage going on at the Oscars this year and some of those ladies could use more support!

I too only recognized a few. Some dresses were beautiful but others well ...I think venus's boob did pop out.

I liked the portraits that showed the serious side of a couple who often play comedic, outer light-hearted characters.

I truly dislike the Kardashian picture. I can't help but wonder if they're going to look back on it sometime later on in life and think maybe I should have done that differently. I hate tongues sticking out, touching, as some sort of "show of affection". It's so tasteless.

Perhaps someone can explain to me why the Kardashians are so famous. What have they achieved to rise to this level of fame? Of course fame, at least in the U.S., doesn't necessarily equate to achievement. I don't know of a single living scientist, composer, writer, or artist as well known as one of the Kardashians.
