Good luck emailing them. Every manufacturer that I have emailed out of the US never replies. Depending upon the age of the tile, the product may or may not still be available. Most tiles stay on the open market for around 5 years. Some 3 yrs others up to 8-10 depending upon their national sales totals. You could try a company named CrossVille. They bought out another company in the past named Master Tile. Master Tile used to sell tiles with Ballesmar, gres monococcion on their boxes. Good luck.

I can't remember where I found this picture of a backsplash with multiple patterns of white subway tile. Does anyone know where I can find the tile?
