I'm redoing a smaller bath and bought an Italian cherry floating vanity with marble top off craigslist. I'm trying to consider flooring/wall tile options and I loved the look in yours. You should be SO proud!!

I hope she see's this, because I was wondering the same thing. My mother is in the process of taking the wallpaper down in her kitchen. She wants to texture her walls to look like msjam's. I didn't think about it possibly being a tissue treatment. Laurie

glued to the walls. If it is, when you remove it, it will pull off the top layer of the drywall. The section that has been pulled off shows it was glued--all those round sections of ripped off drywall facing. To properly fix those areas will require a lot of patching--drywall primer followed by joint compound.

I would agree with that advice above. You could use other species but I would make it a light natural color and stay away from any of the oaks.
